Patient Registration is
a very simple process.
The compulsory fields are Patient Name, Age, sex, and Fathers Name.
All other fields are optional. The software generates Auto Patient
No. with a given format. All Patients must get registered before
using any service from hospital. All Patient Registration information
can be updated except the Patient No. Two types of patients can be

Patient Admission is linked with
Patient registration Form. First the Receptionist has to enter (if
new) or find (if already registered) the patient and with just one
click of a button the Admission form would be opened and he/she
would select the room, advance (if any) and all other information would
be entered automatically . |

Patient discharge. It takes less
than 10 seconds to discharge a patient. User does not have to enter
a single amount while discharging. All 'discharge bill' calculations
are performed automatically. User can only enter discount if he/she
wants. Once discharged that room or bed becomes available to the
receptionist for next admission. Through this form, management can
also find the total charges of any patient for a particular time. |

Inpatient consultancy form is basically
used by nurses. They enter each and every visit of a consultant
to a particular patient, so that an upto date record of patient bill
could be maintained. It is very easy to enter the visit of a particular
consultant to a particular patient.
They have to choose only two options, first the name of the consultant
and the name of the
patient. All other information, e.g. rates, number of visits are calculated
automatically. |

Inpatient services record is also
entered by nurses. They enter each and every Test prescribed by
the consultant/Doctor to a particular patient. That Test is automatically
transfered to the Laborartory/Xray Room or ultrasound room. The
cost of that test is automatically entered in the patients bill. |
